Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
4 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water chilled
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 oz Espresso coffee (cold/chilled)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of long lemon zest twist.
  3. PULL a shot of espresso and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
  4. POUR tonic water and then sugar syrup into chilled glass.
  5. FILL glass with ice.
  6. FLOAT espresso coffee.
  7. EXPRESS a lemon zest over each cocktail and use as garnish.

Was checking out this recipe and noticed that you have mentioned tonic twice. Should it say float espresso ?
