Adapted from a recipe created in May 2014 by Danish bartender (and winner of Diageo World Class 2012 Western Europe Final), Hasse Johansen from Apothex Bar. This cocktail was first made to celebrate the birthday of the creator of Ketel One Vodka, Carolus Nolet. If you'd like to make one and toast Carolus, his birthday is on the 15th of May.
