How to make:
Place bar spoon in empty (ideally warmed glass). POUR all ingredients into glass and then STIR.
2 fl oz | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1 fl oz | Chilled water |
3 fl oz | Boiling water |
