Serve in a Toddy glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 oz Chilled water
3 oz Boiling water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Orange zest horse's neck

How to make:

Place bar spoon in empty (ideally warmed glass). POUR all ingredients into glass and then STIR.

Review:

Warmed and sweetened gin with a hint of orange. (Others prefer a grapefruit zest garnish but there is no accounting.)
