| 60 ml | Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum |
| 30 ml | Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo |
| 40 ml | Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine juice |
| 20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄8 barspoon | Black pepper |
| 1⁄2 barspoon | Egg white (albumin) powder/Meringue powder |
| 17.5 ml | Chilled water |
| 1 whole | Clove |
| 10 ml | Blackberry syrup |
