30 ml Buttermilk
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Agave syrup (agave nectar)
5 ml Quince jelly/jam (Membrillo)
120 ml Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
