35 ml Olmeca Altos Añejo tequila
27.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
7.5 ml Miso paste
30 ml Orange marmalade
60 ml Cinnamon and Orange the bitter club
