Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Ardbeg 5 Year Old Wee Beastie
30 ml Monkey Shoulder whisky
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Maple syrup
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 fresh Egg white
