Ingredients:
1 oz	Ketel One Vodka
1 oz	Ferro China Baliva
¹⁄₄ oz	Metaxa 12 Stars
¹⁄₄ oz	Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
¹⁄₂ oz	Tomato juice chilled
¹⁄₆ oz	Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) chilled
8 drop	Ginseng liqueur

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
