2 oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
1⁄2 oz | Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup |
1⁄4 oz | Fernet Branca liqueur |
1 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 whole | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
Garnish: Fresh grated nutmeg.
Shake all ingredients and fine strain into chilled glass.
