Ingredients:
50 ml Cockburn's Ruby Soho Port
30 ml Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
