Cuban Salted Caramel

Ingredients
⁵⁄₆ fl oz	Havana Club Añejo Especial Rum
⁵⁄₆ fl oz	Giffard Brown Créme de Cacao Liqueur
2 pinch	Salt (sea salt)
2 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Whipping cream
2 unit	Werther's Original Butterscotch Candy

Creamy, indulgent and downright toasty.

Don't be misled by the name, there's no whiskey in this delicious cacao and ripe banana rum sour.

Suitably bitter with herbal notes freshened and lifted by lemon and pisco.

Vodka may fortify this cocktail, but it's led by the interplay between fino sherry, banana liqueur and sweet 'n' sour.

A rye-based Perfect Manhattan with an optional lift from maraschino syrup.

Vodka-laced rich floral elderflower balanced by lemon citrus acidity with basil contributing aromatics.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Full-on passion fruit with gin and citrus.

Fortified and slightly sweetened red wine, served cobbler-style with crushed ice.
