Ingredients:
1 14 oz Amaro (e.g. Nardini)
34 oz BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
14 oz Americano bianco chilled
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of coin-sized lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  3. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and float for garnish.
