|1/2 fl oz||Commandaria Cypriot Wine|
|1/2 fl oz||*Special ingredient #1 (see above)|
|1⁄2 gram||Citric acid (10%) solution|

To make Citric acid (10%) solution:
Combine 10 grams of citric acid powder with 100 grams of water. Whisk to dissolve and bottle.
