Garnish:
Dehydrated grapefruit slice, sea buckthorn seeds, lemon and lime zest twists
How to make:
MUDDLE and lemon ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
2 wedge | Lemon (fresh) |
1 1/3 fl oz | Bacardi Gold rum |
2/3 fl oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
2/3 fl oz | Lemongrass syrup |
1/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
