Dehydrated grapefruit slice, sea buckthorn seeds, lemon and lime zest twists

How to make:

MUDDLE and lemon ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Special ingredient #1: Sea buckthorn fresh juice

1 slice Root ginger (thumbnail sized slice)
2 wedge Lemon
1 1/3 fl oz Bacardi Gold rum
2/3 fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
2/3 fl oz Lemongrass syrup
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
