1 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
2 wedge | Lemon (fresh) |
1 1⁄3 oz | Bacardi Gold rum |
2⁄3 oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
2⁄3 oz | Lemongrass syrup |
1⁄3 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
Garnish: Dehydrated grapefruit slice, sea buckthorn seeds, lemon and lime zest twists
MUDDLE and lemon ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Sea buckthorn fresh juice
