Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
25 ml Wray & Nephew White overproof rum
25 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
10 ml Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
50 ml Chilled water
