Glassware
Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)
| 45 ml | Adriatico Amaretto Zero (non-alcoholic) |
| 15 ml | Adriatico Bianco Amaretto Liqueur |
| 30 ml | Orange blossom water / Orange flower water |
| 30 ml | Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water) |
| 7.5 ml | Yuzu juice |
| 15 ml | Double cream / heavy cream |
| 15 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix |
| 15 ml | Egg white |
| 45 ml | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
