| 1 oz | Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky |
| 1 oz | Fernet Branca liqueur |
| 1 oz | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
| 1⁄2 oz | Amaro Montenegro |
| 3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with skewered cherry.
