One serving of Anterograde Amnesia contains 158 calories
Adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by Kola Adejumo, a bartender from Eindhoven, Netherlands, for the first Glassology competition which he went to win.
The name was inspired by Memento, an American thriller film based on the 2001 short story "Memento Mori" by Jonathan Nolan. Guy Pearce stars as Leonard Shelby, a man who suffers from anterograde amnesia (short-term memory loss and the inability to form new memories) who juggles searching for his wife's murderer and keeping his short-term memory loss from being an obstacle.
Pleasingly boozy and reminiscent of a bone dry lightly smoked Rob Roy.
