How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into frozen glass (no ice in glass).

2/3 fl oz | Caisteal Chamuis peated scotch whisky |

1/3 fl oz | Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by Kola Adejumo, a bartender from Eindhoven, Netherlands for the first Glassology competition which he went to win.
The name was inspired by Memento, a American thriller film based on the 2001 short story "Memento Mori" by Jonathan Nolan. Guy Pearce stars as Leonard Shelby, a man who suffers from anterograde amnesia (short-term memory loss and the inability to form new memories) who juggles searching for his wife's murderer and keeping his short-term memory loss from being an obstacle.
