2 fl oz PatrĂ³n Reposado tequila
12 fl oz Cockburn's White Heights Port chilled
14 fl oz Agave syrup (agave nectar)
16 fl oz Corn/maize liqueur
3 dash Fee Brothers Roasted Duck Fat Wash
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s optional
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
