Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
15 ml Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
40 ml Michter's Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Honey syrup (1 honey to 1 water)
1 fresh Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
30 ml Egg white
1.25 ml Lagavulin 16yo Islay single malt whisky
10 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
