20 ml	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml	Honey syrup (1 honey to 1 water)
30 ml	Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
30 ml	Egg white
1.25 ml	Lagavulin 16yo Islay single malt whisky
10 ml	Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
