Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
7.5 ml Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
10 ml Merlet Lune d'Abricot Liqueur
20 ml Ferrand Pineau des Charentes
20 ml Merlet V.S. Cognac
25 ml Egg white
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
