1 fl oz	Lychee liqueur
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Lime juice overpowered the flavour of the lychee and ginger. Recommend only half the amount of lime juice.
