1 fresh	Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe) (chopped)
1 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Blanco tequila
1 fl oz	Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
³⁄₄ fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
1 dash	Chili tincture (firewater bitters)

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
Prepare garnish of half strawberry.

Method

MUDDLE strawberry in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with strawberry on rim.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2021 by Tony Roehr at Raised by Wolves in San Diego, California. Named after the "Bidi Bidi Bom Bom" song recorded by Selena about a cheerful fish swimming freely in the ocean, released as the second single from her 1994 album, Amor Prohibido.
