45 ml Overproof aged pot still rum (high-ester 4-6 years old)
30 ml Gentian liqueur Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Avèze, Salers)
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Pineapple juice
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
