Ingredients:
1 2⁄3 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
5⁄6 oz Apple Schnapps liqueur
3 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple slice wheel.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

A nice, dry, apple forward cocktail. Great balance, not overly sweet. This was perfect for a summer into fall transition time where temperatures are cooling, but still warm enough to enjoy.
