¹⁄₆ fl oz	Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
2 dash	Pastis
1 ²⁄₃ fl oz	Thomas Henry Soda Water

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Flute glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of freshly grated nutmeg.

Method

STIR first 4 ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into chilled glass.
TOP with soda.

Garnish

Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.

I guess it depends a lot on the verjuis.I got an austrian one, pretty sweet and fruity. Lighter drink but very good. I used Pernod instead of a real Pastis and put some milled nutmeg on it, worked perfectly well.
