History:

Adapted from a recipe created by Aaron Joseph, Baltimore, Maryland, USA.

Recipe supplied by Patrón (originally with Patrón Citrónge Orange rather than triple sec), who say that Aaron Joseph sought to modernise the classic summery flavours of orange and lime with a bright syrup steeped in passion fruit purée and pepper spice to highlight the light pepper finish and crisp flavour of the tequila.
