How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
| 2/3 fl oz | Roasted coconut cordial |
| 1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 2 dash | Maple bitters |

To make Roasted coconut cordial:
2-3 coconut shells, dried & roasted for 2-3 hours. Infuse roasted shells with 700ml hot water (sous vide) for 1 hour and strain. Combine 70g citric acid and 250g sugar with the coconut shell water, cool and bottle.

- 1.1 standard drinks
- 23.48% alc./vol. (46.96° proof)
- 15.5 grams of pure alcohol
