Serve in a Collins glass
4 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
1 1⁄2 oz | Bison grass vodka |
4 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
1⁄2 oz | Apple Schnapps liqueur |
Garnish: Dust with grated nutmeg & apple wedge
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
A combination of adult flavours in a long, thirst-quenching drink. Also good served straight-up.
