1 1⁄2 fl oz Bison grass vodka
4 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1⁄2 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
1⁄2 fl oz Apple Schnapps liqueur

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg and apple wedge.

Method

  1. MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
  2. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish

  1. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
  2. Garnish with apple wedge on rim.
