How to make:

MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

4 slice Root ginger (thumbnail sized slice)
1 1/2 fl oz Bison grass vodka
4 fl oz Apple juice (cloudy pressed)
1/2 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
1/2 fl oz Apple Schnapps liqueur
