Ingredients:
3 fresh	Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
1 ²⁄₃ oz	Absolut Passionfruit Vodka
¹⁄₂ oz	Passion fruit purée
¹⁄₂ oz	Monin Vanilla Syrup

How to make:

Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
Prepare garnish of half strawberry and shot glass of prosecco.
MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients.
SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish with half strawberry on rim and serve with a shot glass of prosecco on the side.

Mouthfeel is a little syrupy w/o the champagne - I wonder why this is seen as a passionfruit-driven riff on a Porn Star Martini when a PSM includes two passionfruit-flavored ingredients also? Anyway, I tweaked w/ an oz. of lime juice and 3/4 oz of simple syrup plus a few drops of vanilla extract (to fake a slightly sweeter vanilla syrup).
