Ingredients
2 fl oz El Jimador Reposado
1 fl oz De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%)
1 grind Salt (sea salt)
2 dash Difford's Margarita Bitters
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fresh Prickly Pear fruit
1⁄4 barspoon Chili flakes /red pepper flakes
1⁄6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
