Prickly Heat Margarita

Serve in a Martini (large 10oz) glass

Ingredients:
60 ml El Jimador Reposado
30 ml De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%)
1 grind Salt (sea salt)
2 dash Difford's Margarita Bitters
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fresh Prickly Pear fruit
14 barspoon Chili flakes /red pepper flakes
5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
