Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine

How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass (without ice). TOP with champagne.
