Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
Top up with Ginger ale, soda, tonic water or other carbonated mixer
30 ml Spanish brandy
90 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
