Stephen's Flying Frenchman (Absinthe Espresso Martini)

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml La Fée Parisienne absinthe
30 ml Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
45 ml Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
7.5 ml Golden syrup (3 parts syrup : 1 part water)
