1/4 fl oz	Peach schnapps liqueur
3 1/2 fl oz	Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco (chilled)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Flute glass

Prepare

Select a FLUTE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of peach wedge.

Method

POUR first 2 ingredients into chilled glass.
TOP with prosecco.

Garnish

Garnish with pear wedge on rim.

A very, very strange drink. At the start: yup, this is a glass of sparkling wine with a hint of apple and a hint of a hint of peach...and by the end, it really was more than that. Just a bit. I don't get it.
