Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Aviation American gin
30 ml Jasmine tea (cold)
10 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
2 barspoon Salak (Snakefruit) jam
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
