2 fl oz	Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
1 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Pineapple juice
1 fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
1 fl oz	Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Hurricane glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a HURRICANE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge skewered with Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Method

BLEND all ingredients with two 7oz scoops of crushed ice.
POUR into chilled glass.
Serve with straws.
