1 fl oz	Blanco tequila
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
3 dash	Hot pepper sauce (red water-based e.g. Cholula)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lime wedge, salt flakes and cracked black pepper.

Method

MUDDLE lime and cucumber in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
DUMP (don't strain) into chilled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with lime wedge and sprinkle salt flakes and cracked black pepper over cocktail.
