2 oz | Bourbon whiskey |
3⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Top up with | Boiling water |
Garnish: Dust with grated nutmeg
Place bar spoon in warmed glass. Add ingredients and STIR until butter dissolves.

Did try again using 1/2 whiskey and 1/2 whiskey pecan liqueur and omitted the sugar syrup. Would do again, but add 1/4 oz sugar syrup.
