40ml Patrón Anejo
25ml Mango Skin Vermouth
10ml Mango Citronge Patron
3 Dash Martini Bitter
Lemon Myrtle Olive Oil

Method: Add all ingredients except for oil into a mixing glass over ice. Stir for 14-16 stirs. Strain into a frozen Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with 1 drop of lemon myrtle olive oil.

Inspiration: This cocktail was inspired by an emerging modern trend of "mashing-up" cocktail families. The flavors remind of drinks such as Bloody Maria, or Tequila Smash. Using contemporary techniques this concoction becomes suitable for the modern palate of both experienced and non experienced drinkers. As the name states, this drink will showcase an ideal instance, and a perfect embodiment of a concept.
