Inspiration:
The art of layering and Mark Bradford. Looking at the techniques he uses to make large scale installations, specifically layering the art upon each other. It inspired me to look at all the ways I could layer flavours upon each other.
I looked at the main flavour of Italicus - Bergamot. Rather than compliment with other flavours, I wanted to enhance and highlight the flavour with multiple layers of Bergamot.
