How to make:

Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, green Chartreuse, lemon juice, honey syrup, raspberry syrup, absinthe, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.

Wet shake for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Remove ice from the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Fiorente Elderflower liqueur
1/2 fl oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Honey
1/4 fl oz Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup
1/4 fl oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
1 fl oz Egg white (albumin) powder/Meringue powder
1 dash (4 drops) Orange bitters
