Orange bitters dash
Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, green Chartreuse, lemon juice, honey syrup, raspberry syrup, absinthe, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
Wet shake for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Remove ice from the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

1/2 fl oz | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Honey |
1/4 fl oz | Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup |
1/4 fl oz | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
1 fl oz | Egg white (albumin) powder/Meringue powder |
1 dash (4 drops) | Orange bitters |
