Serve in a

Collins glass

Garnish:

2-3 Maraschino cherries

How to make:

Start by adding 45ml cherry syrup to a collins glass. Then, into a shaker add, 45ml Old Tom gin, 15ml Lemon Juice, 15ml Sugar Syrup and 4-5 dashes of Cherry Bitters. Shake ingredients with ice. Add ice to the glass and strain the contents of the shaker into glass. Top with soda and garnish with 2-3 cherries on a pick. Serve with a straw.

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
4 dash Fee Brothers Cherry bitters
1 1/2 fl oz Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
Top up with Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
