
2-3 Maraschino cherries
Start by adding 45ml cherry syrup to a collins glass. Then, into a shaker add, 45ml Old Tom gin, 15ml Lemon Juice, 15ml Sugar Syrup and 4-5 dashes of Cherry Bitters. Shake ingredients with ice. Add ice to the glass and strain the contents of the shaker into glass. Top with soda and garnish with 2-3 cherries on a pick. Serve with a straw.
