Combine in a shaker.
1.5 oz Haymans Old Tom Gin
.25 oz Fresh lime juice
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Fresh orange juice
5 Dashes orange flower water
1 dash Vanilla extract
.75 oz Orgeat
.25 oz Simple syrup 1:1
shake with ice 10 - 15 seconds and serve in a Collins glass over an ice spear.
