Garnish:

Blood orange slice and mint sprig with metal straw.

How to make:

First start by adding these ingredients to a shaker tin: 3/4 ounces of lime juice, 1/2 ounces of blood orange juice, 1/2 ounces of Giffard Passion Fruit Liqueur, 1/2 ounces of Sweetened condensed milk, 1.5 ounces of Haymans Old Tom Gin, and two drops of rose water. Add a few cubes to the tin and shake until the cubes cannot be heard. Pour into a Pearl Diver Glass and top with crushed ice. Add blood orange slice and fresh mint sprig. Add metal straw between the mint and the orange slice.

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Blood orange juice
1/2 fl oz Condensed milk
1/2 fl oz Giffard Creme Fruit de la Passion Liqueur
2 drops Rose water
