How to make:

Muddle the grapes and basil leafs gentlely, add ice and all ingredient exept sparkling wine into a Boston tin. Shake vigorously and dubble strain into a flute glass. Top up the sparkling wine. Top up the garnish.

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
3 leaf Basil leaves
6 fresh Red grapes (seedless)
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine
