
Place the dehydrated lime wheel flat, directly in the centre of the cocktail, so it looks like the pupil of Medusa's evil eye!
Chill a rocks glass. Add all of the ingredients except the Midori into a shaker, and shake with ice. Add cubed ice to the rocks glass and strain the cocktail into the glass. Using a straw or a bar spoon, sink the Midori so it settles to the bottom of the glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel. Looks amazing with a backlight!
