Rocks glass

Garnish:

Pineapple slice and mint sprig

How to make:

Combine all of the ingredients into a Boston shaker. Fill the shaker full of ice and shake as hard as possible for 10-12 seconds. Fine strain and pour the contents into a frozen rocks glass full of ice. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge and mint sprig.

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/4 fl oz Strega liqueur
1/3 fl oz Agave syrup
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Eager Pineapple juice
56 fresh Mint leaves
