
Dehydrated Orange
Start by making the syrup, it's a 1 to 1 ratio, however this syrup is half part water, half part orange juice, one part cane sugar. Once the syrup is made, infuse the syrup in hibiscus tea or dried hibiscus for 24 hours.
In a shaker, add
1.5 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
0.5 oz Linie Aquavit
1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
0.5 oz Orange Hibiscus Sugar Syrup
Rinse a chilled coupe glass with Absinthe Verte
Shake and double strain
1 1/2 fl oz | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
1 fl oz | Passion fruit juice |
1/2 fl oz | Lysholm Linie Aquavit |
1/2 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
1 Splash | Absinthe verte |
1/2 fl oz | Hibiscus tea (cold) |
