Collins glass

Garnish:

For decoration, I used slices of cucumber which are available anywhere, so that you can smell the fresh taste when you're drinking.

How to make:

We know that the original Tom Collins was very simple - Old Tom Gin, lemon, sugar and soda water. It's simple and classic. Nowadays, we want a full and balanced cocktail as well as a drinking experience, so I chose the Haymans Old Tom, which was born in 1863 and has a very long history. On the palate, It's sweeter and smoother, a little bit richer in flavor. I replaced the sugar with Fiorente Elderflower liqueur and Pama to complement the fruit fragrance of the cocktail, some lemon juice to increase acidity. And then I added 4 pieces of cucumber slices in the shaker to muddle (or 4 pcs of Shiso leaves), which will connect the flavor of the whole cocktail together and give some fresh herbal flavor. Finally, after a generous shake, top with the soda water to make the cocktail more refreshing and easy to drink.

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Fiorente Elderflower liqueur
1/2 fl oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/2 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
4 slice Cucumber (fresh)
